Pretty disappointed with this tire shop. If you buy a tire from them and plan to take it somewhere else and put it on, make sure you inspect it super well cause they sold my husband an $80 lightly used tire and when we got it home, we were never even able to put it on the car because it had a split down the side of it. We called back and asked for either another used tire or a refund because we never even got the chance to put the tire on and they refused to refund us. I understand that used tires are often sold as is, but when you sell someone a USED tire and charge them $80 for it, at the very least it should be in good enough condition to be put on the car. We were essentially sold a completely unusable tire for 80 freaking dollars. Thats just bad, dishonest business practices. Unacceptable. If we had driven it for a week and it messed up then that would be on us but they clearly sold us a garbage tire and cheated us out of $80. I'd suggest finding another tire shop. Chico's tire shop in Jemison has always been honest...

These are phenomenal folks. Kind of a humble operation, but they are my new go to for used tires and basic service.

Today I had a fast leaking front tire and found them on a referral. I told Adriana the owner I'd preferred that if she could had two decent Continentals for the front to match the rears to just replace.

She had two at the Clanton and could have her husband bring up in about three hours. To help me, she literally installed a temporary tire so I could take care of my business.

Three hours later I returned. They changed the tire again to the newer Continentals, excellent condition btw and charged me for the original quoted price for the two Continentals.

Also their two dogs are friendly sweethearts.

The best mechanical service I've had on a vehicle in years labor price for sale but what amazes me most is he was able to diagnose get my problems fixed including removing old parts and adding new parts in less than an hour that my friends and exceptional service not to mention since I had to bring my own Parts I went picked the first one up and pound out a second problem and you trusted me enough to let me drive away to go get the other part that I needed to complete the repair with what he did for the first shot the repair itself and it made me feel like it was running brand new again so I was very impressed with this service I will be using him from now on being that I am new homeowner in the Calera Alabama area...
