The Marketplace at Calimesa — Local services in Calimesa

The marketplace in Calimesa is a new Shopping Center and I have been to the Stater Brothers Market there and I just love it it's so new it's so clean it's so big not little aisles that you have to wait till somebody passes you to go down it you know one side the selections are great the displays are great the employees are very special so nice so helpful. Also went into the nail salon very nice very nice prices are comparable to the other nail salons around town. I was thrilled to book a reservation at the marketplace for my masquerade birthday. dinner. The food was remarkable.. Buffet bar presentation was stunning. The cooks went above and beyond.

The reason I am rating only 2 stars is because management’s customer service skills were unpleasant, uncouth and unacceptable. They gave us 45 minutes to dine and literally told us we had to be out of here by 5:30pm because they had a more important party of 200

The cashier demonstrated outstanding customer service skills. Management yelled at her for accommodating us and made her cry in a public setting in front me and my guests.

Stater Brothers: They are very over priced, and some of the personnel can be stuffy (especially the Calimesa store) , but they are just up the road from me, only shop there if we need something now and can't wait till we go just a little further to the Food For Less, or to the Walmart Grocery store on Barton. It's amazing how 2-3 bags of groceries quickly hits the $100 mark at Staters, but when you get the same exact products at food for less you walk out with several more bags of food. More Bang for...
