WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Calimesa

Good day I came in to Waba Grill located at 1032 Cherry Valley Blvd Unit 310 Calimesa, CA 92320 United States on Saturday September 10, 2023 in the afternoon at 4:28 pm to use the restroom. As I was in my way out ( by 4:30 pm) the District Manager named (IMELDA DUARTE ) had the audacity to tell me Only customers are allowed to use the restroom. I told her “ how so? By law anyone can use the restroom without having to buy food from said Fast food joint restaurant. This is by the way a Hispanic curly haired woman in her middle age repeating such nonsense.

She proceeded to tell me “ That by me using the restroom, customers have to wait before I finish and that I was taking too long.

Mind you the restaurant was as empty and dry as a desert. Which is no surprise when such an abhorrent person is managing it.

This woman is very blatantly a racist and targeted me because of my skin color and my race as a proud African woman. I have never ever been treated as such in my life. A mere prohibition of restroom to a human being is not only cruel , and discriminatory but disrespectful and disgusting. Her mannerisms showcased that of an uncouth and mannerless manager.

I would love for her to give a report of every human being who has used the Waba Grill restroom since she is now a security guard for bathrooms. Such an absolute embarrassment...

I love wanna grill but was very disappointed tonight. I got the wabba bowl with chicken and beef. My chicken was very overcooked and dry, and so was the beef. The cashier only gave us three packets of wabba sauce and I didn’t realize they charge for hot sauce or the other sauces. I am not sure I will go back to this location just because of how over cooked...
