Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Calimesa

Would give zero stars if possible. Never been to this particular location but go right by here every Friday around dinner time so thought we would try. Store looks new, clean, in good area etc. We decided to go inside. It was Friday @ 5:50 PM on October 7, 2022. The only customers in the store were what looked like 4 high school or college aged girls all sitting together - no problem there. Walked in store, up to register, looking up at posted menu...etc. Meanwhile, the dark haired young man who should have been helping to take our order was frantically giggling & LOUDLY laughing about who knows what (??) with his co-workers who were nearby off to the side , in cooking area. Instead of approaching us, the customers, the boy quickly dashes off to point something (??) out to 3 or 4 co-workers in other part of kitchen where all erupt in laughter. My wife and I were left alone at register feeling awkwardly uncomfortable. I asked her, "what do you think about going somewhere else for dinner tonight instead?" She responded, "That's exactly what I was just thinking too" So, as the kids were still all giggling we were headed toward the exit. As we were walking out the actual door the one girl (with somewhat long hair ?? I think) loudly exclaims to one of the others in a humorous tone "You just made those people leave!" as if that was also something funny to point out. Apparently, the manager was not there at the time but whoever the shift lead was should definitely be replaced. The owners or management need to get this store back under control . Very unpleasant experience and extremely unprofessional. Of course we will never return to this location. ...

This place can never get an order right since they opened. Again stopped by thru the drive through after a long period a d again same thing. Order was correct on the board. I pull up to the window and the employee doesn't speak a word and I hand my card over. Seconds later he hands my card back and no receipt and again not a peep. Seconds later he hands me the food. I start driving and notice no curly fries. I had to walk in and it was quiet and no customers but 2 eating. Lady behind the counter said did we forget your fries. I said yes and she asked the size. Goes ro show they know but dont care. I said what's the point of the drive through if we can never get it right let alone your guy didn't speak one word or hand me a receipt. She just looked at me like I was the stupid one and no comment. This place needs a REAL LEADER in store and a true District Manager that can find some real help and not these idiots. With the pay of $20 or more and hour fo3 teammates snd the process for food, its time to step up and serve the customer the way it should be but first learn to talk and learn to get people's order right. Fast food has really gone down hill! Ordered from this restaurant last night on DoorDash and now I have food poisoning! I ordered the bacon and Swiss buttery Jack and the cheese was just sat on top and barely melted, the patty was so hard and dried out, and the bun was hard as a rock. Contacted DoorDash and they only wanted to refund me $5 on $30 order that they upcharged on when all I ordered was a burger and a drink then changed it to $8 when I wanted to speak to someone higher then was quick to end the chat. I went through this drive thru the other night and all I ordered was one of their Caramel Creamaccinos and waited in a line for almost an hour then to get out of the drive thru to get a churro shake then had to loop around again and wait another 30 mins to get to the window cause the lobby was closed and when I got to the window the guy handed me my drink and it was all melted down and when I asked him if that was the caramel one his response was “ honestly, I don’t know and said I could try it before I left the drive thru” HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW WHAT YOUR SERVING CUSTOMERS IF THERES ONLY 2 OF YOU!!!???
