Starbucks — Restaurant in Calimesa

I just pulled out of the drive through September 9,23 at around 8:57 am today and first of all the girl who took our order was rude af!!! She told us that there was no pumpkin at all after we had waited in a long line and we kept trying to figure out what else we wanted since they were out of pumpkin and she was rushing us and being sarcastic with her oks and what else second you need to out a sign up if you’re out of something so we don’t waste time waiting in line for nothing. Third we went to the widow and asked for the name of the girl and nobody wanted to give us names. Then for some reason another girl came to the window without telling us who she was so we don’t even know if she was a manager or not and she was rude as well a skinny short girl with black hair and never came back to the window. Then when we received our drinks the cup was halfway full of caramel!! This was a ridiculous experience today with the rudeness and time wasted we come here a lot and to be treated so poorly makes us not want to come back. I went to this Starbucks today and was very disappointed. Robbie was very rude to me because I questioned why my drink wasn’t full. He stated that they were out of Grande cups so it was in a venti cup. I told him I ordered a venti. He very rudely told me that was going to be more money. I told him that was fine and asked why he was giving me an attitude when they got my order wrong? He rolled his eyes at me. Turns out he was handing me some one else’s coffee. Not even my order. I asked for a manager he said he was in charge. I asked him what his name was. He told me Robbie with an IE with an attitude. I have never been treated so poorly at a Starbucks before. The rudest baristas at any Starbucks location I have ever been to. I've been a Starbucks customer for more than 10 years, and I have never been treated so terribly. In the past, at other locations have made my drink exactly as I wanted, and in cases where the drink order wasn't exact, the baristas have either made a new drink or corrected the order to my satisfaction. I will not return to this store and I most likely will stop going to any and all Starbucks. Your company is not the only coffee shop in town. I will be telling all my friends and family not to go to Starbucks. Terrible customer service and horrible...
