Not 1 star, but ZERO stars!!! I purchased a pair of shoes from this boutique - online. When I received the shoes they were smashed, had black on the bottom like they had been worn and at minimum they were a “bone” white color and not the darker tan color that they showed a picture of on their website. I contacted the store via email the same day I received them and I received an email back saying that while they don’t typically offer refunds and only store credit, they would make a one time acception and issue me a REFUND after receiving the item back - at my expense. I paid and shipped the shoes back for $11.40 and they were delivered several days later. After 6 business days went by and they had the shoes, I emailed ASHLEY back again. She told me that they had not received the shoes. I sent her proof of the delivery, sent her the tracking number etc and demanded my refund. A few days went by so I went ahead and opened up a dispute with PayPal. The same day I opened the dispute, she emailed me saying she has issued my refund, it should appear back in 3-5 days and for me to cancel the dispute- hahaha what a joke! Let’s say almost a month has gone by. Zero sign of a refund and I have emailed her personally two more times letting her know that I have not received my refund and I will continue to keep the PayPal dispute open because of that. I have never pushed so hard for such a minimal refund but the fact that you mail me a pair of used shoes that don’t match the description on your website, and they were USED— that’s uncalled for! Let’s see if we get a typical ChatGPT response like she sent me via email on this Google review! want my money...

This “business” does in-fact cut tags off of cheap, low quality, fast fashion clothes to resell at inflated prices. Primarily from SHEIN.
I bought a few shirts here a few months ago. Exposed threads, poor stitching, SEE-THROUGH fabrics? I just pushed it aside and didn’t think much of it…Until I happened upon a video exposing how the business is reselling SHEIN clothing… So I ended up looking at the previous shirts I bought… And what did I find?
I found both, a sliver of a black tag left on my one shirt, and my other two shirts had HEAVILY ripped seams where a tag would be…Along with tiny holes…
Buy from here if you want…But just know you might be overpaying for an item you can find in the Forever21 clearance section for the lovely price of $5.
If you want to know if you’re buying an actual boutique item, use reverse image search. Both Apple and Android support it. You take a picture of clothing you want, put it through Google’s reverse search, and it’ll scrounge every nook and cranny of the internet to tell you where you can buy the clothing item. If the first few sources show exact copies of the clothing from SHEIN, Temu, etc…Thats...
Read moreToo bad I can’t give zero stars. My husband went in the store to buy me an Apple Watch band for one of my birthday presents. The band didn’t have a tag so he didn’t know if it would fit my model Apple Watch. He asked if I could return it if it didn’t fit my watch and the sales associate said yes (several times). Well, LO and behold, it didn’t fit my watch. I took it up there to get store credit and was told that accessories are final sales… again, not what my husband was told when he asked SEVERAL times! The sales associate then told me that “people make mistakes”. Why do I, the customer, have to pay for the “mistake” of the store/ sales associate?! My husband called the store to speak with Ashley and it went to voicemail. He left a message for her to call back and never heard from her…. Shocker!
Sad thing is, I brought my daughter in the store to buy her a few outfits as well as myself as well as a new purse…. WAY more value than the $22 watch band!
EDITED IN RESPONSE TO STORE’S REPLY: Your sales associates should know the “return policy”. Therefore, should not give misinformation on it when...
