Norman's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Caln Township

In this area there are not a lot of places to shop for gifts. But even if I had many stores to choose from I would continue to use Norman’s Hallmark in Thorndale. The store is so fun and set up based on current holidays and that makes it an easy in and out trip. I’ve shopped there for over 10 years and I never walk out without feeling excited about my gift purchases. There are many unique finds and when you aren’t sure what to get, one finds themselves overwhelmed with choices. I encourage everyone to stop in and see for yourself-you will probably want something for yourself as well. It really is like having a personal gift shopper in a neat and tidy little store that ranges from clothing, jewelry, candy, cards, stuffed animals, lego sets, purses, candles, home decor, mugs, baby toys, sports team items, kitchen items, tech gadgets and so much more. They’ve literally got a gift for everyone. The staff is AMAZING. I am always greeted immediately and have learned quickly that if I tell them what I’m looking for I will be shown exactly what I need (or didn’t know I needed!). Many of their items give a percent of the sales proceeds to a charity which is always a nice touch with any gift. They have a members program that you can join and receive coupons as well. Until today, I have always been very satisfied with the Norman’s Hallmark in Thorndale, PA. I visited today with the specific intent of buying Hanukkah gift wrap and bags. There was absolutely nothing in the store and I was informed by a clerk that the store was not carrying any Hanukkah bags or gift wrap. While I understand that these items may not be best sellers, it is incredible to me that they would not carry even a minimal amount of inventory to meet the needs of their customers. I apologize I do not know the woman’s name who helped me over the phone, but she was so awesome and kind! My sisters dog is dying of bone cancer and I had ordered cards on Amazon that didn’t arrive. I called this store to see if they had them. This kind woman not only looked, she read me each card and then held them at the front desk so my hubby could pick them up.
