š”š”š”š”I recently transferred my medicine from CVS on 130 .to Walgreens on 127th Ashland for the 5 the time. I called them for my medicine one time ,the pharmacist was so rude he even hung up I while I was talking to him,I called back they had my address wrong then, they had my insurance wrong ,after giving them my insurance they still tried to charge me I had to put my perceptions in AGAIN & AGAIN they still didn't give me all of my medicine, that I just called for and they said they were all ready, got there AGAIN !!!!!! They still miss one they need more training waist of my time gas breath and energy. I can't believe how they talk and have treated me I will be looking for another pharmacy I am beyond pissed No need to reply back I will never use Walgreens pharmacy again at least not in Chicago š”š” OK guys here it is two months later. Iāve been putting prescriptions trying to fill prescriptions. Doctors have sent prescriptions to this particular Walgreens every time I call the automatics they tell me they have no record of my medicine being sent there so I go on to talk to someone live come to find out they have been putting my medicine back in not calling to let me know that it was ready. They have my correct phone number. They also have my information from the doctorās Iām transferring my medicine back out of this Walgreens and I will never use Walgreens in Riverdale or Calumet Park to fill a prescriptions There services sucks even automated online ⦠Someone need to really address this issue even though Iām going elsewhere I donāt want this to keep happening for future references, please talk to...

If there's a mistake made regarding a prescription that was placed online through the Walgreens account, you should be able to reach out to the customer relations department with an inquiry/ question regarding it. Somehow the Walgreens customer relationship Department automatically labels your question/inquiry as a complaint and forwards it to the store. Now you have an alleged manager calling you back chastising you for making complaints when you literally said it was a question and NOT a complaint. Listening is the highest form of respect. Comprehension is the highest level of understanding. Walgreens customer service overall lacks both Concepts.
