6/25/2022 An Online Special is NOT a special when its NOT prepared as you ordered and NO dog to feed it to.
I NEVER include sour and Always check the NONE box. On almost every purchase from here my food is slathered with Sour Cream. My first Chalupa bite filled my mouth with that pasty mess. That ended it for me..
I move on to my Sprite which was ALL seltzer and NO SPRITE. Another failure. Their machine was improperly serviced to properly dispense the fountain drink.
Its storming out so I just tossed this. Normally i would have taken this back, but as mentioned earlier it was storming out; however, should I patronize them again, I plan to break it open and taste the drink before leaving, and I would strongly recommend your ALWAYS opening your orders, thru it and tasting it for accuracy - something that is lacking here.
This location FAILS terribly in the performance of their Singular Line Position - perhaps forgetting its not their meal they are preparing.
I've provided this info in numerous surveys & Taco Bell or not seem to care. Perhaps its due to the clientele they cater to. Their Corporate Officers and Area Location Managers lack of attention here would seem to suggest again that they also do not care about service at this location.
I truly believe in supporting my local businesses and all of the people they employ, esp our young people, but I can't continue to do that while feeling less appreciated for my loyalty and support and I'm hoping that you also feel the same.
The unfortunate thing here is that "most consumers won't return an item/order to voice their experience and opinions" failing to realize we can make a positive difference and not allow bad businesses and or their practices to escalate.
Many businesses check sites like these for review postings of their businesses in order to know if, what and where improvements are needed to maintain profitability (what we support and encourage).
That said: If this is Taco Bell's opinion of their Customers, then I must cease to support their cash flow and take the time to make my own at home, thereby making better financially informed use(s) of my $'s

When I got home I notice my taco was not in the bag, so I tried to call up to the store just to let the girl know who took my order that she forgot to give me my taco, but no one answered the phone. I also notice that the Nacho bell grande was poorly prepared, we’re the ingredients was just thrown on the nachos with no care. I did notice something odd about this restaurant because the African-American girl who took my order told me to pull back instead of forward while they get my food ,it was almost like she was trying to hide something or not wanting the customer see what was going on while preparing my food.
