Mr. Orange Chicken — Restaurant in Calumet Township

Friends, I can't lie. I've gone to this takeout on several occasions over the years, but that's due to neighborhood convience and sorry to say not quality. There have been a couple of times I've asked for a special order like adding a vegetable to an entrée, inwhich I would pay for any additional effort, yet they refused. I've also made a couple of orders to go over the phone and it was misinterpreted on both our part, but I still wound up paying for something I didn't want. Also be careful friends this takeout kitchen reserves the right to no refunds or exchanges after your order has been placed. Which is another fact, I find very disappointing. To further prove my comment, just look for the notice on the counter before ordering and have them repeat it to be on the safe side. Take care and always order wisely...

Food is good. But for some reason they can't seem to get the egg rolls right. One lady walked in and said her egg rolls werre cold. And wanted fresh ones. And as for me. I didn't even get mine with my order. I didn't check until I got home..so I call and tell them. And the lady got all rude with me like it was my fault. Then she tells me "so you want pick up now?!.. or you want to save for later?!".(Chinese lady voice). 🤔. I mean it would've been nice to have gotten my eggroll the first time around. This place will never get my business ever again... I placed a call in order for Bourbon Chicken combo dinner and after I got home and it was shrimp and broccoli.. I took it back and explained to them I can't eat shrimp right now due to my cancer diagnosis. And the lady at the counter ignored me and prepared 2 other customers food...so I called the police even though I know technically they can't do anything. I wasn't even requesting for a refund...just correct the order... However they fixed the order after 20 minutes of being ignored and calling the police is just not good business.. However when you are in business if an order is wrong you fix it and make it right and also apologize for any inconvenience instead of being rude. I will never order food from...
