If you're not a customer, you cannot reach Metro PCS to ask a question. My daughter's phone, which I pay for every month, is suspended; I forgot to pay the bill. ( I work 2nd shift) I've been sick for the last 3 days and the bill was due on the day I was sick. I called my local Metro PCS store and told the lady that when she signed me up, she assigned me a number and a phone, which I do not have. The Lady never returned to the phone. There's only one Metro PCS worker in this location store. So, I have to go out in the cold sick just to reach customer serv I call the customer rep in March of 2025 to let them know as well. Again I've forgotten, I live a busy lifestyle, fighting demons every day. My bill is only 45 dollars, I am NOT paying for a phone or the service I do not have. I applied for an extension and was granted but I am still unable to reach a customer service agent. I am so glad that I do not have this company no more.
