We called this company because we had a problem with an Epson p7000 printer. The kid that showed up did not know how to work on the unit. He stayed on the phone with someone at his office. He thought the problem was the power supply and was going to order the part. A month later and no part. They evidently were not an authorized dealer. They ended up charging me $155. for the service call. On the receipt I have from them it shows $30. for the service call. The big question.... why accept a job if you knew you could not work...
