BLOOD STAINS ON THE PILLOWS!!! Now that I got your attention... I never write reviews about any public service business but this last experience needed to be addressed. I travel when I work so I always check in at Motel 6, because they’re very clean and the staff are usually very accommodating. I’ve checked in a few times at the Camarillo location because it’s convenient and they’re usually very friendly and understanding. However this time.. I called in advance a day before and the girl on the other end of the line and said the price was sixty five dollars for a night, and I told her to hold a room for me and I’ll drop by tomorrow to pay. What she didn’t tell me was the rate goes up by the day! So when I came in the next day the price went up to seventy two dollars! Had she informed me about that I should’ve booked the room the day I called. When I arrived the service representative showed me my room, which is right next to their office and beside a room rented by a family. I requested for another room because I didn’t want noise when I sleep, but he was hesitant to change rooms and said all the rooms were already booked; they were not, and I know because there were only a few cars parked and most of the windows of the rooms were open, meaning there was nobody there. I was too tired to argue so I grudgingly accepted the proposed room. Right away when I went inside I knew the room wasn’t maintained; the furniture was quite dusty, and so was the floor. I took off the sheets and the pillows to fluff them up to get rid of the dust that might be on them- and That’s when I saw the blood stains! It was the pillow that was underneath the other people and was turned so whoever was gonna sleep on it wouldn’t notice it- but I did! I immediately took the pillows and handed them over to the service rep, who seemed flustered by what I showed him. I couldn’t tell if he was either embarrassed or annoyed. He stuttered, apologized, and gave me new pillows with new pillow covers. He didn’t even bothered to dress them, he just handed them to me, expecting that I cover the pillows myself. And then I frankly said to him, “ I know I shouldn’t expect much because it’s Motel 6 but come on, that is totally UNACCEPTABLE!” He stuttered, nervously apologized again, and wished me a good night. I return to my room, and noticed another blood stain on the pillow he just gave me! He pretty much took the stained cover off but gave me the same pillow! I threw the offending object to the corner and slept with the other supposedly clean one. But I was not going to have a restful sleep because now I hear the screaming children and doors slamming. And because of the room’s location, even with the curtains closed the light outside was coming in. In other words, this has been the WORST experience I’ve ever had at Motel 6 Camarillo. It’s too bad, because they were okay before and it’s in a convenient location, and I, unfortunately, will have to check in there again because it’s the only available motel nearby. So I’ll give them another chance so they can improve and when I do, they better get their...
Read moreOn check in - no courtesy of informing where ice machine was located. When inquired on switching to a room in back with parking in front of room & or handicapped parking, was offered a handicapped room which did not match our reservation in size, beds & not even lower price. Our room lights over beds were greatly unequal in intensity. Room has infestation of ants, unsure if mainly this room or coming from neighboring room. Our luggage became infested & now have transferred to vehicle. I had to attend to personal affairs & disabled person remained in room (mainly bed bound - very very limited mobility) upon housekeeping knocking 'bout 2 times & his response to enter yet never once did they crack door to communicate with him - 1st time cracked & quickly shut upon seeing leg & or leg & stump while he's shouting to come in - never returned, he called front desk to ensure that "Service" was to be performed (as he could not answer door for anybody). Mind you it would be a modified Service as we mainly police our own trash, beds do not need making up. So, addressing dirty towels, if needed: trash, mirror, tub/toilet cleaning as well as sweeping & moping & only main passage & bathroom/sink areas of which these would be very very infrequent. Well front desk advised that no service could be performed in such a manner & guests would need to vacate room if it were to be performed. Upon checking if this was true even to accommodate a disabled person. They advised it was for everybody. Unsatisfied with their response he contacted Corporate Customer Service. A supervisor there (who was very laid back & expressed no concern as to no accommodations were being offered) called this facility & returned on line to back up the facility, NOT THE CUSTOMER & no accommodations were offered. Even after he was asked if this was Corporate's stand & their stand against a "protected class". His response was yes. Yet on another occasion, called made to front desk to request an extra pillow (w/pillowcase) & 4 extra pillow cases we could change on our own, be delivered to room. As cell reception very horrible at this location (Boost) & breaking up on both ends, etc. Front Desk did not follow through with request, nor call room, nor # on...
Read moreHotel was great. I even met a midget prostitute, her name was Candice. I've never been with a midget before, or was it a dwarf? I'm not entirely sure which word is politically correct to define a vertically challenged person. Is there a difference between a midget and a dwarf? I heard it was the size of the head or something. Anyways, the room was great. The rumors are true about the short ones, they can spin around on your johnson all night long like an angry helicopter. I'm just glad I got to finish before my dad showed up. I shouldn't have opened the door, but I thought it was the weed man. Talk about awkward, the weed man actually showed up while my dad was beating me with jumper cables. Candice was long gone by then, she slipped out like a ninja-cat. Long story short, my dad went after the weed man as well, got his licence plate and whatnot, so now I need a new weed dealer. Anyways, I'm leaving this review hoping to find a way to get in touch with Candice, or maybe you guys know of another local weed dealer? I'm not from Camarillo so I'm not sure who else to get in touch with about these things. Also I'm really sorry for leaving all of those pubes in the bathroom, I was shaving my willy in a hurry because Candice likes a smooth ride, and after my dad showed up I didn't get much of a chance to clean up. So yeah, I'd give Motel 6 a 10/10 of 10/10, only somehow my dad found out I was staying there, and the only people that knew I was there were Candice and the weed man, so I'm putting the blame on you guys, so all and all I'd give my stay a 9/11, and I sincerely hope you never forgetti this review, because you're awesome for reading it, and I hope that all of your kids go to college. On the reals tho I did beat off in your shower a few times I really hope I didn't clog the drain or anything. Thank you for the opportunity for me to tell you my story, and please, if you see Candice, tell her to unblock my number, and that I miss her, and that she means the world to me. Also next time I'm down there I'mma need some weed, so if you guys could hook me up that'd be awesome. Sorry for this long review, I'm drunk and horny and I wish I had some weed. Peace out bruh 420 hail satan 8===D...
