Tommy Bahama Outlet — Local services in Camarillo

I live close by and frequently shop here for gifts for the males in my family and though I find the clothing to be of good quality and an amazing price at this outlet store, the customer service is subpar. On multiple occasions I have felt that way but today was far worse. I walked in and there was only one other person in there shopping, there are three people working there (1 was helping the shopper check out), and not one of them greeted me or ask if I need help finding something. I proceeded to look for what I needed and then a man came in and they immediately started helping him find What he was looking for. He ended up not buying anything and walked out. Now I am the only customer in the store walking around clearly looking for a certain item in the men’s section (so not for me) but Still no one approached me. So I approached them at the counter and all three of them saw me walking over and basically turned like they were all going to walk away. The two males that work there (one of which I have seen multiple times there) appeared to be in a conversation and kept talking as they turned to walk away from the counter. I literally had to say “Excuse me, I’m sorry for interrupting, but can you help me find… “ It was very uncomfortable and I felt like I was a burden to them. If this was the first time it happened I wouldn’t be writing about it but like I said this has happened multiple times however other times the stores pretty busy so I have shrugged it off like that was what was going on. This is now the closest outlet to me as they keep closing them. The Ontario location is closed. Service wise, I have never had any bad experiences at any Tommy Bahama store or outlet. The staff here are great. Like going in to see what deals they have as I love Tommy Bahama. Everyone is always helpful. If they dont have a good size, they have always checked for me. If they find it at a different store, they help with the sale and have it shipped to you. That is great...

I love shopping here. I go as often as I can because you never know when a hidden gem will appear. The products are very high quality and there is a huge selection but I shop and wait for the best deals.
