Had the misfortune of dealing with Mathew , the store manager. I bought a very expensive pair of shoes 3 days ago and after wearing them for an hour I was in agony, the right foot shoe is terribly uncomfortable. Apart from a sole which clearly shows the shoe was walked on, albeit for literally an hour, the shoe was returned in pristine condition in the box. Mathew did not only not even ask to see the receipt or enquire when the shoes were bought and why they were being returned. In fact he asked nothing but looked at the shoes and simply said, I am not taking them back. Had he looked up our account he would have seen they were a small part of a much larger purchase however his disinterest and accusatory tone were an indictment of someone clearly out of his depth and with zero concern for the customer or future custom. In fact his incompetence was further evident by the fact that only 3 till points were operating with a long check out line, which he purely gazed upon with further disinterest. His service and the service in the store is despicable and for an upmarket retailer they are clueless, it is clear, on any concept of customer loyalty and trust. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with the staff and manager at Camarillo. I had ordered items online, but unfortunately received the wrong item. Upon visiting the store to address the issue, I was initially quite upset with the online service. However, Store Manager Epi dedicated his time to resolving my issue, and I must admit, despite my initial frustration, he provided exceptional customer service. I also want to commend the great work of staff members Hiram and Tchi, who remained patient and dedicated throughout the process. Despite my frustration, they maintained a calm and professional demeanor, ultimately solving the problem.
