Terrible customer service. I awkwardly stood around for 5-10 minutes in front of an employee working at the embroidery station and it wasn’t until I spoke up first that he said I ordered at the main register. I would’ve spoken up sooner but I was trying to be patient and polite while he was working the machine. Why do you think I’m standing in front of you?!? Surely not to look at your mug.
