Preordered prismatic evolution, I went and picked up the part of the order they said they had, 2 etbs, and 1 out of 2 poster collections. The lady said she only had one poster in for me, so I asked if more would be coming or if I’d get a refund? No real answer she just said to check back. I checked back the next day, Still nothing and this time they said I already picked up my preorders the day before , but when I said I was missing one she said it was picked up. Then the next day on Monday I get a call that they have a poster pack for me and if I don’t pick it up by the end of the day they would put it out to sell the next day. Well I worked that Monday they called, so called them immediately upon opening Tuesday at 11:55, and manager only said “since you didn’t pick it up they sold it”. Obviously one of the employees most likely the manager or the guy who called me, grabbed it. Taking someone’s preorder is shady anyways but stealing something I paid for then telling me I picked it up so I have no proof of that to give them is just plain illegal. It’s disgusting they would blatantly lie to me and not give me a refund ? Wtf . Also it obviously was not out for sale the next day because I called 5 minutes before they opened, confirming that an employee grabbed it. But I paid for it so wtf guys? Where’s my refund? What about the rest of the preorder that will be coming later this month? Should I also expect you to steal that too? Also the employee I talked to agreed that it was likely another employee who took it, and she seemed audibly worried that it happened, stuttering and whatnot, so I wouldn’t hold her at fault.

Where ls my money guys? and where’s my product? I know you won’t give me a refund because that would be admitting that your employee set aside my preorder to buy for themself. I am extremely upset with this branch. Today gamestop advertised Nintendo 3ds for their black Friday sale at 5 am. I waited in line for my chance to purchase one for a child's Christmas present, at 5 am they opened their doors and i was 9th in line or the 5th group of people to walk into gamestop, they relayed to me that only 4 where available for the black Friday sale. I bust my ass 40 hours a week for an unprofessional advertisement event, the comprehension of the company is titled as "GameStop" who in their right mind concludes you are a professional business with false or understocked inventory. As a person i feel don't ever come here your money won't provide the community with positive intentions, compared to target or Walmart they had a way larger quantity for the public, the Walmart and target gave tickets to provided information unlike GameStop who doesn't care about waiting an hour for a Nintendo ds...

Would be a zero if I could! Ordered something back on black Friday, they sent me the cheaper version hoping I wouldn't notice. Send it back, they create a new ticket on the first, and then proceed to wait TWENTY MORE DAYS before sending my product off. Was lied to by 3 different customer service reps, one of which I was told I couldn't get a tracking number due to it being a "return", and then the very next day I get a tracking number! I ordered here cause they were having a hard time during the pandemic and wanted to support the "little guy" instead of going best buy, now I can see why they are losing money and struggling.
