I was really disappointed to see a sign on the drive thru that they had shut it down because of a lunch rush. I've never seen such a disregard for customer service! I wonder what the district manager would say? This location truly needs a thorough CLEANING inside, I don't think the counter area under the food had been swept and mopped in some time. The oatmeal bread was sadly crunchy on the corners on my very dry tuna sandwich. I have been watching this store slipping in several areas. Franchise or not there should be no compromise on cleanliness! Your store needs a new set of rugs. This is an easy fix and they look horrible encased in hair and debris. This Cambridge store can do better. We will see if the franchisee really reads their reviews. Had there been a clean, swept and available drive thru I would have certainly commented differently.
Clean the place up, wipe down counter tops around the register, clean the pop area and nozzles, thoroughly wash the sticky floor and get new rugs and show that your proud to serve our community with a clean presentation of the food area and restaurant pride. Stop closing the drive through just because you got busy. People will understand if your honest. Make Changes. The store needs a good inspection....
Read moreI only leave negative reviews if something goes wrong multiple times in a short amount of time. First issue was just 3 weeks ago. Ordered a wrap, a sub, cookies, and a couple drinks. The sub was wrong and missing the cookies. Today I ordered the wrap again like always and it was about 1/2 the size, loaded to the brim with veggies which made it mushy, way too much sauce which was leaking all over through the wrap that wasn't wrapped anywhere near correctly, and about 1/5th the meat I would normally get in my wraps! Where's the meat! It was like eating sauce, bread, and tomatoes, and guacamole! Consistency of baby food. Not impressed with the service I've received my last 2 trips and feel pretty cheated with my 2 trips costing me $40+. No sort of care with my food is highly disappointing and concerning. Read moreWith so many completely customizable options, it's hard to go wrong. And the results are always so damn satisfying. My only real issue is the spillage between containers. It's mostly unavoidable, given the nature of the beast, but for fussy folks like myself (with picky tastes and slight food phobias), it's kinda hard to ignore. If I see things looking messy back there, I always go elsewhere. Having said that, the staff do a great job, and are gladly accommodating (one staff changed their gloves for me after I saw them prepare one particularly sloppy sandwich before mine). It's all violently overpriced, but still comparable to the obscene price-gouging experienced everywhere else. Not exactly a great place to eat in. Definitely a to go sort of thing.
