I went in looking for an engagement ring and was unimpressed with the selection - or lack there of. I was shown one display of rings as the consultant sat us down and didn’t stray away from anything immediately in front of us for me to try on. So I was shown maybe 1/5 of their engagement rings if I had to guess. I told her what I liked/ didn’t like about the ones I tried on. Eventually I just said yep they’re pretty and left with her thinking I liked them because I was tired of saying they aren’t my style. She kept asking if my fiancé would come buy one during their Labor Day sale. I said if I find one... she also didn’t ask my budget and just assumed it was low and kept mentioning that they have financing. Purchased elsewhere...

Went in 1 day after sale ended ready to purchase a ring and wouldn’t honor sale price. When regular price was 1,300 over “sale” price which at sale price they are still making a large profit goes to show how high they mark up products would never return. Felt like they try to take advantage of people especially after they called me 3 times when the sale was going on lowering the price each time trying to get me to come in. I couldn’t make it until the next week due to the hours I work. Keep in mind never walk in and pay their high sticker price they just drop prices randomly but then won’t honor it when you come back to...

I am highly unsatisfied with your customer service I had purchased some earrings for my daughter which she didn't like and I came to return them. I was told my return couldn't be done cause it was one day out of return time. Which I couldn't make it here the day before cause they closed hours earlier than any other stores. I will never make another purchase from any Kay Jewelers again.
