Kohl's — Local services in Cambridge

After my last visit to the Cambridge, MN store I've felt it necessary to change my review from 4 stars to 1. I was SO disappointed when I stopped in to shop there, they gotten rid of so many of my favorite brands and now they no longer sell slippers and candles, except for Yankee candles which are nice for a gift but too expensive for everyday use for myself. While they were beginning changing the stores I wrote to corporate and told them that from what I've seen it's a lot of mom's, dad's and grandparents who shop Kohl's and we shop for ourselves, our children, our homes, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, etc... The clothes they have now for women, teens, etc... I find cheap and trashy looking, I have actually found more quality clothing at Walmart for q/2 the price! If they want to improve Kohl's it isn't by changing to cheap overseas made clothing but by selling quality and more environmentally friendly clothing such as cotton, linen, silk etc... My mom stopped in the day after I went and we both said that we will probably never shop there again as I think a lot of people who have shopped there since they first opened will feel the same way and if that happens I predict it won't be long before they close sadly. Not impressed with the associates who had no interest in helping customers and was just blew off when mentioned it. Next time I'll shop elsewhere. Needed to ask about another size, asked at register. Was sent to customer service where 3 people behind desk and I customer. Waited with 2 helping the 1 and other standing there. Another gentleman wait just shook his head, finally got helped. Then went to check out 2 registers open one seemed to be training with another associate helping her. The other finished up as we were waiting in line. Went to register and she walked away with soda in hand, not saying a work... light still on at register. Waited for other to finish and mentioned what happened... not even like I said anything, not even...

Why give out 20% off coupons if you cannot use them on 90% of the store on "Big name brands"? When doing an amazon return, the cashier said nothing about limitations on the coupon. Then checking out, I was told that I can't use it on Carters or Nike apparel by Beth. She also said that all the signs throughout the store say on them if you can use a coupon on them or not but its in small print. For how the cashier acted after Beth had walked away was really rude and had an attitude also. Just because we don't want the coupon anymore and to throw it away doesnt warrant for an attitude. Based on that interaction with the cashier, I will not be shopping here again. Such poor customer service and...
