Wow, it REALLY works! I will admit that I didn’t know if it would work, but I can’t even begin to tell you the post Covid relief I got from a single session in the salt room at Revive! It helped clear a lot of gunk out of my body and lower my elevated heart rate. I can walk up stairs and talk when I get to the top, take the dog out and not take 10 minutes to recover from the heavy breathing and most importantly I can read my kids a bedtime story without being winded! I continue to have some lung and chest discomfort but my breathing and heart rate are significantly improved. I was just so impressed with my visit to Revive and was so thankful that Dusty took the time to explain to me how it works, cared about why I was there and the symptoms I was trying to relieve and checked up on me after.
