Subway — Restaurant in Cambridge

The store was clean and the two employees were friendly and professional. The younger lady seemed to be in training and did a good job building our sandwiches to our liking. I'm only awarding 4 stars as she forgot the cheese on both sandwiches and I wasn't paying enough attention to mention it to her. The sandwiches were tasty even without the cheese. We are disappointed that this store no longer honors any Subway promos or coupons as their prices are keeping us away. With a two dollar tip and tax two sandwiches were over $30. They NEVER honor Subway promotions. What is the point of being part of a national franchise if you refuse to take part in its joint endeavors? I'm sick of seeing an ad for Subway, checking the app, and finding that (of course) this location didn't offer it (because they're hardly a real Subway at all).

Literally the worst subway I've ever experienced and I've worked at Subway before. They are slow, never have the items you want, and some of the employees make rude comments to the other employees. Today was the last straw when they literally ran out of bread two hours before closing time and refused to make more. What is the point of going to a subway when there is no bread to make subs with?!...
