I was recently gifted my mothers old wedding ring, it was taken to Voyagers to be separated from the engagement ring and cleaned. I got it back a couple weeks ago and wore it for the first time yesterday. A couple hours later, I looked down at my finger and realized a prong had broken and I had lost a diamond. It was brought back today to see what they could do about it, and we were adamantly told it was MY fault the ring they JUST worked on has broken after two hours of wear and that I must have bumped into/ got it caught on something and that there was nothing they could do. My mother wore this ring every day for 7+ years and never lost a diamond. We will not support this business again and wouldn’t recommend taking anything with even a little sentimental value there, as the quality of their work clearly cannot be trusted, and their lack of empathy is concerning and willingness to amend the situation is nonexistent. The only small struggle I had was the hours, but we were always able to find a time that work for an appointment. Hands down a great experience, an amazing custom piece and I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for any...
Read moreMy moms wedding ring set is 67 years old the main diamond sits in what looks like a crown, the diamond fell out so I took the rings in to be fixed not only does it turn black now (only in the spot they fixed) but the tiny latch that holds them together is gone. I took it in to show them how black it is and they said white gold tarnishes like that. It never tarnished before in 67 years but now it does, their fix was to clean the black off and gave me a dark bag to store it in. I took it out to see it and it’s black again, I never touch it with my fingers. I feel they used a cheap metal when they (fixed) it, there’s no other reason. It breaks my heart to see it and I will not show my mom she’d...
