The sales lady was nice but clearly didn’t know what she was talking about. She sold me a ring that she said was “sterling silver through and through” although when I got home, the ring started turning my finger green. When I brought the ring back the next day she said “it’s just the metal rubbing off!” If sterling silver is turely “through in through”, it does not turn your skin green, unless the ring is made up of less than 92% sterling silver, which would be a complete rip off due to the steap price of the ring, and would be deceiving about what the ring truely is. The sales lady was very confident that all metal just “rubs off”, she then asked if my necklace was sterling silver and proceeded to come up and rub my necklace without asking me, to prove her point of the metal “rubbing off.” She proceeded to show me her fingers which had some dirt on them because I haven’t cleaned my necklace but her fingers were not green, like the very green color that is still on my finger from the ring, days after. If mental rubbed off there would be nothing left of the ring! The last very frustrating bit of this experience is there were dents throughout the ring and the ring ended up feeling like plastic the next day. Although I did end up getting my money back, I would not recommend this place to buy authentic jewelry...

I had my ears pierced at Camden Jewelers on October 20th. I have nickel allergies, and Becky assured me that they never had any issues with their earrings causing allergic reactions to other customers. Three weeks later I woke up and my ear was swollen and red. I called Becky and she advised me to come in as soon as I could and see Linda, one of the owners. Linda took WONDERFUL care of me and removed the earring, and we found that a strand of my hair had coiled around the post under the rhinestone, which did not allow any air to get to it, causing it to become infected, not due to an allergic reaction! Because of the swelling on my ear lobe, it was uncomfortable to put the original earring back in. Becky found a pair of earrings with a longer post—at no charge. Linda cleaned my earlobe, put in the new earrings, and the next day my earlobe felt and looked so much better. I’ve been in Camden Jewelers several times and the ladies who work there are so kind, helpful and friendly. I will be back for earrings as soon as my ears have...

I have been so fortunate to use Camden Jewelers twice now for my wedding band set. I first lost a small accent diamond and they replace it promptly. It looked brand new and cleaned up upon picking it up. Then I managed to loose both my bands in my work parking lot. Didn’t find them for over a month. Upon finding them one was just dirty thankfully, but the other completely mangled, bent, small accent diamond missing again, and all the rest of the diamonds loose. We were all amazed that more diamonds hadn’t been lost and to have found both rings at all. Here I am picking up my rings today and Camden Jewelers has done some magic! Once again brand new looking and cleaned up right! They are such a blessing and do such amazing work! Their attention to detail and willing to answer any questions with proof of completion if necessary can’t be beat! I will always go to Camden Jewelers for my jewelry needs!
