Manager at 5pm today, July 12 was condensending , slow and argumentive all over a salad ! Which I will admit the young lady, who was new did put a bit more meat on my salad than was necessary. But, I had 3 slices of tomato, 5 circles of onions, 2 pickles and 2 packs of crackers. The scrap salad is made from the meat that has fallen off the slicer when they sold somebody else the original sandwich. So, you have 10 cent for the container, 10 cent for the very few onions, 25 cent for 3 slices of tomato, crackers 25 cents, 10 cents for 2 pickles, 50 cent for the pack of dressing, they probably pay the young lady 8.00 a hour, it took her 10 minutes to make, so 80 cents for labor and let's don't forget the 50 cents for lettuce! And the manager thought she needed to come hover over the young ladies making everybody's food! She was standing shoulder to shoulder between them! THEN the manager thought she needed to come tell me a total of 6 times that next time I needed to come back to the register and pay for the extra food in my container! I told her ALL 6 times, ok, I understand, I got it . Until I got tired of her telling me that! And told her she had told me that 6 times! I offered to go ahead and pay for whatever she thought I needed to. I am not stupid and can hear very well I am not a kid either. She didn't have to do all that !! Geesh ! What a type A controlling person ! I give them a 2 be ause of the managers...
Read moreMy sub was good as always. When I went in though to order today, I totally forgot my mask. When I was waiting in line to order the woman at the register informed me that I needed one(I’m fully vaccinated mind you) I was about to say that I have my vaccine card but she called me out like that so I just left and had to wait outside. It would have been nice if she would let me talk and explain or just offer me a mask. I assume she was the owner because all the normal employees are super nice. She to me is a tad rude. The whole experience just put a bad taste in my mouth, but always the sub was good. Just a little bit...
