I was home visiting family and went with them to Campbell Hardware. Used to go before I moved out of town and they had some people who were actually friendly. One girl, her name was Rose, was awesome, friendly and helpful, but is no longer there. This last visit we were waited on by some ignorant woman who wouldn't even answer a question for my dad. She was so disrespectful and acted like we were putting her out. Her name is Erica I think. She had this nasty look on her face the whole time and was so rude that I asked to speak with the owner. And guess what, he was even more rude! I just couldn't believe it. This used to be a good place for customer service but all the good people left. It's gone down hill for sure and we won't be back. Why bother when their prices are double! Plus they never have everything we need anyway. And most of them are more intelligent than me and I'm 68 years old, but they know everything about everything! You can't compare to the one-on-one service! And they treat you like your family! They understand what you're looking to accomplish! From electrical to paint! To outdoors supplies! You wouldn't believe how many different things they have in this hardware store! And everything is so organized! I do all my business at Campbell hardware! They take the time to fulfill all your needs! And if the employees don't know how to help you, the owner Tony has knowledge on everything! or you could tell him what you need and he'll tell you how to fix it!
