FYI: the Groupon voucher is a way for them to bring you in and sell upgrades to the basic options sold on groupon. I’m an active person with a healthy diet and followed all the begore/after treatment instructions but I got zero reduction from the treatment. Cons: I bought a groupon and based on the fine print, I could buy 2 more. I bought one more and called to make an appointment. They didn’t accept the second one and claimed that it was Groupon’s mistake. I stead suggested me to have someone else gift me one and that would work for two separate options. I called groupon, returned the second voucher and followed eye candy’s suggestion: tasked a friend to buy one and send me as a gift. I finally made an appointment and on the day of visit they rejected the gift voucher!!! And claimed that each person can only buy and use one voucher and denied their own suggestion! Their office is just a storefront and everything about appointments, decisions, calls, management is somewhere else. So there is no responsiveness at the office, like they are just robots following orders and doing the treatments, and of course marketing for more products and services. Pros:...

I loving going in for my treatments. Especially to see Alma! She is my go to tech! She has the magic touch and is so sweet. I can always get in to see her unless I wait until the last minute to schedule. The other girls are awesome too! It can be very uneasy to show off your love handles but they are all so professional and take the time to make sure your comfortable. After having 3 little one's, my muscles didn't completely go back together. The treatments have helped a lot and now I am back to working out my abdominal muscles. Obviously slowly but I am feeling a difference in my pelvic floor muscles. It has really helped boost my confidence and drive to be more actively healthy. Very neat and clean office. Staff was very welcoming upon arrival. Had an awesome experience with the technician, Nelly, as she made me feel very comfortable during the process. She is knowledgeable and realistic. Super at explaining the process, what to except during and after treatment and what I can do to achieve the results that I am looking for. I loved that they are not pushy about purchasing at all.
