Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Campbellsville

We love Dairy Queen and stop and several different locations while traveling. On the down side we will not be suggesting to anyone to stop at the Campbellsville location. We decided to go inside and get food to go since the drive thru was busy. The trash cans were over flowing into the floors. One little boy up front that was very unfriendly but was doing the job of three people so he was probably upset but no need in taking it out on the customers. Five people working in the back, the manager with longer red hair kept wiping his forehead with his hands that he was preparing peoples foods. The female hand long hair and no hair net or hat to keep the hair up. We were in the store for forty seven mins. When my wife and son opened there chicken strip boxes the Texas toast was just Texas bread it hadn't been toasted. My wife's strawberry cheesecake blizzard had no strawberries. When my wife spoke to the manager about the problems he adv her that he was the manager along with the female with long hair and they didn't have to wear anything for there hair if they didn't want to, also offered her some strawberries in a cup. She ask him to make a new blizzard and he told he would but didn't see the point. Over all experience was horrible. Rude customer service and nasty dining room left a bad customer...

Honestly it had been a while since I had eaten at a Dairy Queen. My last experience, a while back with another store was less than pleasant so I avoided the franchise for a while, but comparing that store to this establishment was like comparing Night and day.

My roommate and I went in because we had no idea what we wanted and placed a very large order. We kind of went overboard because I personally had not eaten all day. Totally my fault.

They made the food swiftly and the person behind the counter kept checking our bags to make sure that everything was in our order. On top of this she was making sure that the food in the bags stayed directly under the heating lamps so that nothing would get cold. While doing all of this she was making Ice Cream and taking orders.

As it stands they did not have to worry about the food getting cold because it came out really fast. The people in the back did their jobs well and we were on our way out the door a lot quicker than I expected. The food was still warm when we started eating and nothing tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. Overall I was extremely impressed with this experience and look forward to going back. Although, this time I will try not to order as much to make it easier...

I go to Dairy Queen at least twice a week. I have never had the worst service as I did today I ordered a chicken box and a banana split. I was told I needed to pull ahead because they had no chicken ready and was immediately handed my banana split. Why in the in the world would you give ice cream before the food was ready especially in a drive-through window in 90° weather. I told the woman in the window that I wanted her to give me my ice cream when my chicken was done. I was given the worst attitude, told that I had to take the ice cream that I was given, which was already starting to melt. When I was actually able to leave with my food I had a bowl of fruit soup that I was forced to take because she refused to remake it. I will no longer be going to Dairy Queen in Campbellsville. Dairy Queen needs to hire more adults with common sense. You don’t hand a customer an ice cream part of their meal if the food is not even done! Worst customer...
