Ordered 2 subs at 4:40pm on the app. Both my email confirmation and the app said the order will be ready at 5:00 pm. I showed up at 5:05, and the order wasn't even started. Along with getting laughed at in my face saying that my order hadn't even been started. I was told I could come back in 30 min or get in line with people coming in and wait. Ummm, I already ordered,so I don't need to stand in line to order again. Finally at 6:00 pm we get the order. I attempted countless times to call the next day and speak with a manager. However, they don't or wouldn't answer any calls. I filed a complaint with customer service through Subway. Only to receive an email from someone claiming to be said manager of this store basically blaming me for the whole thing.    Read moreI ordered two qty, meatball, footlong subs, about three weeks ago. Apparently, they can't pull it off. I ordered on the app for pickup. The store was out of prepared Meatballs, and was forbidden to prepare any more after 5pm. We typically eat around 7pm. 3 hrs before close, and I think, a reasonable hour to eat. We occasionally call to see if there are enough ready for two footlongs. No joy. And there is no place on the app OR the website to get a refund. So, SUBWAY service SUCKS. The employees at the store are nice, but can't risk their jobs. I realize it's the owners fault. Just too tight to allow even a few to be discarded. How about a way to prepare them on demand like...
   Read moreI was there waiting for a mobile order earlier today, they were pretty busy, with only 2 people working.( a guy with tattoos, and a younger blonde woman) A lady who was there also waiting for a mobile order was pretty darn rude about having to wait, and even said she’d ’never be coming back’ and to be honest, if I was the employee I would have snapped at her. It was obvious that they were very busy, but they kept their cool and were completely professional, and did their best to serve everyone.
