Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Campbellsville

I havent been impresses with sonic for a while now. We have had several issues. From not answering us when we do the drive in. To using the app and being told a time to be there only to wait 20 more mins and out stuff come out cold. Today we waited 15 mins for them to answer the drive through. I understand they are busy. Once someone did take our order we waited another 20 mins. I'm OK to wait cause usually that means your food is coming out hot. Not with sonic. I open the bag and the fries look limp and they were cold. My hot dog was forgotten. Thats OK I understand its busy. But my hotdog was cold. My husband asked for a large size meal. He didn't get that.his chicken tenders looked like chicken nuggets. We spend 30 to 45 mins waiting to order and to get our food spent 15 bucks and it wasn't worth it. We were hungry and it was about 9 o’clock at night so we decided to go get sonic even though in the past they could not make a grilled cheese without burning it but I said well that’s been a while so I’ll give it another try that was a mistake we ordered a cheeseburger, onion rings, mozzarella stick cheese Coney and then we brought it straight home. We only live seven minutes away to eat it come to found out most of the food was cold. The burger was cold and nasty and burnt. Looks like it’s been sitting way too long definitely not fresh . I told my husband we would not be eating there again most of the food went into the trashcan. They were so friendly... Unfortunately I forgot the name of the girl who served me outside. She has the long light brown hair... she was very attentive and listened to everything I needed... I forgot my water from my dog and she went back and to get that for me. They cooked my food very good. I lived in sixteen states in the united states. And their food was the best of all the Sonics i've been to. The Onion rings were so light.And cooked so good.That is a little brown. But not overdone brown... They Were so crispy, and had a little light sweet taste to it. I've ordered on your ring at other Sonics and while they were okay they didn't hit the mark like this Sonic did.
