Her team is very professional they will go out their way to please you. Excellent customer service and very polite. Her clothes is great quality. Shun takes her time and understand your needs so she can fit her fashion towards what you want and your needs. She helps you understand your body type so you can wear fashion that fits your body type not your size. Shun helped me to come out of my box and helped me with my confidence. I have long supported this business and black businesses in general. Never again will I patronize this establishment. I ordered a duster and was sent a damaged item. I sent it back and was advised via email (though I was told I would be called when the item was returned) advising that the item was out and I had store credit. I fully understand the return policy but when it is the fault of the merchant a patron needs to receive their original form of payment. And the credit they offered is only valid for 30 days.
