Touchdown Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

Lots of different flavors in wings. Fish, shrimp, salads, burgers everything you're hungry for. Great customer service. This Touch Down are not serving celery with their wings for some reason. Celery goes with blue cheese and ranch, which goes with wings. What I will ask next time is it still priced in with the wings? They recommend you go next door to buy celery, why don't you all go and buy some for your customers. Today, I was told there was no celery, the time before I was told the same thing about a month ago, and recommended that I go next door to the grocery store and buy celery. I guess I always show up at the wrong time for wings with celery and blue cheese. Amazing, maybe I should call first to check. I've gone to Touchdown over the last 3 weeks at twice. The manager really needs to find people to take orders with better attitudes and personalities. They all look and sound angry about something. They curse out loud and always complain about minor messes, whereas most people today have bigger concerns and are trying to stay positive. Management pay for more positive, professional people to go along with the great choices of food you serve. Once again, out of celery and right next door to a market that sells celery. To me, that's cheating the customer, wings, blue cheese, and celery go hand in hand in most restaurants. Someone needs to tell Touchdown hot doesn't mean tasting nothing, but red pepper or cayenne pepper is favorable. Today is the last day I will patronize Touchdown. I walked into the restaurant. One was on her cellphone, and the other was standing looking crazy no greetings what so ever to customers. The wings are the perfect size for me and my family liking, but the flavor is not, nor is the customer service. Put staff up front with personality when customers or spending money....

One of the staff was COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL! I’ve been going here for over 3 years, weekly and never had any problems with customer service or the wings until today. I came in, in a great mood went to order my wings for me & my 3 kids before I got them from daycare I tell her I want to pay for the wings and could I come back through the drive through because I have to get my kids and don’t want to bring them out the car, she says that’s fine. Then I ask could I give her $20 cash and the rest on my card she says okay so I pull the $20 out put it on the counter and continue to grab my card out my wallet to finish purchasing she then says where is the $20 I say oh it’s right here love and push the $20 towards her cuz mind you I had my phone in one hand and was pulling out my card w my other hand. She then says I’m not picking that up & that I have to hand it to her or she will not let me purchase my food, then she continues to tell me that’s rude and to make sure I don’t teach my kids that!! First off you don’t bring up nobody’s kids or think it’s okay to tell anyone how to parent I don’t even know her 2ndly Covid is back if I didn’t want to put it in her hand I don’t have to ! Lastly I was very polite to her even after she spoke to me this way because I didn’t want anyone messing with me and my kids food. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! Completely ruined my mood and my experience with them. I don’t know the lady’s name but it says on the receipt Vina she’s the only one that is older working there. And like I said I’ve gone here almost weekly for years & I absolutely didn’t do anything to deserve this type of treatment. They definitely lost me...

You know how you end up driving back home but get lost? One missed exit and you on the other side of town. This how I ended up at Touchdown wings. I was already lost so I was like at least I can get some food. Plus, I ain't never seen a wing place with a drive through...and no I'm not from Atlanta. So I was intrigued. Now I pull up to the drive through and the box don't even work. They just got a piece of paper saying to call this number to order the wings. At this point it's feeling like a episode of Atlanta...fr fr. In my head I'm thinking the wings botta be real good or real bad. I call the number, they picked up pretty fast. Ordered half lemon pepper and half Touchdown special. I always like to get the specials if a place has one. Now I probably waited like 5-10 minutes getting my wings which was the fastest I ever got wings in the A.

Total was less than $22.49 for a 20 piece combo with fries . No charge for the split order.

How were the wings? Let's just say I sat in my car across the street from the place and ate all them damn wings. I ain't never been to a spot where the wings sauce fill up the plate. Like you could dip ya wings in the sauce in the to go box it come with. That touchdown sauce so damn good I was dipping my lemon pepper wet in there. And the fries slapping too. I fuk with that Touchdown...
