Not a single employee was wearing a mask, and mask rules did not seem evenly enforced across clients either. I did have to sign a release that they weren't liable if I got sick though, conveniently.

I wouldn't knock so many stars off if the service had at least been on par with what I experienced last time I got a cut here (about seven years ago) but the cut itself was very basic, the stylist asked very few questions, I asked for layers and don't see them now that I'm home, and I felt very rushed and unable to ask for any changes. The next person was already in a chair behind me waiting before my stylist was even starting the face frame. All this for nearly twice what I paid at my previous salon, where I'd also get a light styling in addition to the cut!

The tipping scheme was insult to injury, as they don't allow tips on credit cards and have no cash at the front desk - it's Venmo or cash, and you have to leave to get to an ATM to get cash, then go to one of the stores next door to get change, if you don't already have a Venmo set up.

Terrible service. I had a color and cut and the stylist didn’t rinse my hair out correctly and left color in there and styled it, I got into my car before I realized it’s waxy in the back of my head and went back in. After I told her there is residue she agreed she left product and tried to blow dry it off because she though it was just wet. She finally wet it and blow dried the heck out of it again and my hair are so frizzy and dry that there is no way to fix this. I called to speak to the manager but no one has bothered to return my call or make it right. I will literally have to cut my hair off and start over all because the stylist didn’t know how to wash and rinse hair!! She also left so many dye marks everywhere on my forehead and ears after I asked for it not to stain. I took pictures of them too. I don’t understand why there would be such little engagement in the care for my hair. I was there 3 hours and finally had to leave but even after she finally wet my hair and blow dried it, it was still waxy and I had to wash it off myself at home. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed and will not be returning for myself...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH HAIR CUT AND HAIR COLOR. Please do not go to this salon. They do not know how to make arrangements based on clients' need. I was there to do my hair for my anniversary dinner date. They told me they can wait after the closing time which is at 6 pm and kept saying that they dont want me to be late. I told them I can wait and ended up extending my dinner reservation time further. But when it was 5:30 Jordan, my hair stylist , went on to say she cannot wait and I have to choose between a blow dry or a hair cut. It was just super frustrating. I had to choose blow dry as I didn't want to go to dinner with my wet hair. But had to leave without a haircut. I was at least hoping the color would have come out as I wanted.
