This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to In My Life. I have went there twice first to get a coffee as I walked in I was told when I was waiting for a very long time for my coffee when there was nobody around that mobile orders are priority. So I decided that I was going to do a mobile order the next time I placed my mobile order at 8:00 in the morning my app said it would be done by 8:14 a.m. I go there my coffee is not ready so I wait a little bit maybe they're in the middle of making it. 5 minutes goes by I'm going to be late for work and I work next door! The Baristas excuse well I didn't know if you wanted to replace the whole milk for vanilla sweet cream. I'm sorry but if I clicked on vanilla sweet cream on the app that means I wanted to replace the whole milk with vanilla sweet cream so they basically made me stand there and wait until I had to finally come up there and ask what the problem was, that is the last time I go there and I think I'll just go to flourish Canton next time cuz they're more convenient and they're quicker and I'm never late for work when I go there....
Read moreI placed a mobile order for 2 drinks, both Trenta Mango Dragonfruit refreshers, no fruit, no water, no ice. Paid on the app and this is how they were when I arrived to pick them up - half full, and completely different colors (supposed to be the same drink). When I asked them to please fill it up, Leanna gave a ton of attitude and said it was against starbucks policy. I told her that I visit starbucks nearly daily, ordering the same thing and I have never heard of this. I asked to see the policy. She was unable to find it and then said it was "her manager's policy that she sent in an email". Conveniently, the manager was not present and she couldn't show me an email. I called corporate immediately afterwards, they refunded both drinks and gave me an additional credit for the trouble. They confirmed THIS IS NOT STARBUCKS POLICY and took feedback to be made to the store. This store is trying to scam you out of half your drink and quoting starbucks policy while...

I was handed a Pink Drink with floating chunks of coconut milk (a classic at this point) and apologized while politely asking if it could be mixed better. The barista who made it just shook her head repeatedly like I had personally ruined her morning. Then, from across the café, another barista—sitting on the floor, mind you—shouts, “It’s way too early for all that.”
Oh, is it? Because it’s not too early for customers to pay full price for their drinks. It’s not too early to show up and do your job. And it’s definitely not too early to act like a professional.
If making drinks correctly is too much at this hour, maybe just... don’t come in? Take the morning off. Try again when you’re ready to do the bare minimum with a halfway decent attitude.
