I'll try to go into vague detail but I don't think I can. This shop is AMAZING. Seeing family owned businesses with metaphysical shops makes me SO HAPPY! I'll start by saying it doesn't end at JUST candles. It's everything you could use for a spell. I have yet to use anything but Lady Jay was probably the most real owner I've EVER met. You see places like eathlore and how everything is jumbled around, like anyone can walk in and find anything- not really "inclusive" for just witches. This is! She'll help you find what you need easily and give you an idea of what to look for. She was so helpful in person and on the phone. My 7 year old also came and fell in love with the place! She was sweet enough to help me woth all my questions and show me everything thay seemed like I'd be interested in. And I found A LOT. This isn't no cooperate trash. It's great customer service with a knowledgeable woman and a really good feeling when you walk in the store. 10/10 will be buying all my things from here! No more motown, no more earthlore- no more places you get ripped off! I'll keep my business with Lady Jay and strictly go to her. I'll probably update this after a spell but she definitely seems to be a great mentor and buying her hand made oils and such feels like it's gonna work. You can feel the power when you walk in! I was stuck trying to figure it out decided to stop into EBS Candles , when I say it was the best decision I could've made; Lady J knows her stuff and will get you together!!! When I say after I left her store less than 48hrs later things began to turn around for me I mean stuff was happening so fast I got a job, my relationships improved, my finances, communication; I went back to see her a few weeks later picked up some more products from her and this time things moved even faster than before!! Would NEVER set foot in that establishment EVER again!!!!! I would gladly drive to Chicago or ANY other city than to step foot there . Most places I’ve supported made me feel welcomed and non judgmental or at least hid it well. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in my experience.
