Taco Bell — Restaurant in Canton Township

The lady working the drive thru would barely let me talk without interrupting me then when I get my food it was wrong I say it's wrong and she reaches out the window and into my truck and snatches the food out of my lap when I tell her not to reach in my truck or anyone else's she says" I am not going to get hostile I don't play that" and slams the window then when she gives me the corrected order I said "I want a refund I will not do business with you" she again slams window and grabs the manger to get my refund and I tell the manger what has happened and I can't exactly recall what I said but I said "your guy or dude" and the employee who was standing behind the manager started to lose it saying that she wasn't a man and "if I wanted to talk to her I need to figure out that she's a woman" the manger said the employee was "off the clock and doing her a favor" and she asked me to pull forward and leave this is absolutely ludicrous you were rude to me and then you reached into my vehicle and took things out of my hands very disappointed in this taco bell never had a problem here and was very happy going there...

I’m going to give it a two even though my service was definitely a zero. Usually I have no problems with this Taco Bell that’s why I’m keeping my rating at 2 stars. I actually prefer it over the other Canton Taco Bell on Ford rd. Well that wasn’t the case today. I went through the drive thru. Get up to the speaker and ask about the Nacho fries and if they still had them. I got told no which was fine. What wasn’t fine when the Cashier named Kerrie and her coworker decided to laugh and make jokes while I was trying to take my order. I decided to skip on the food and just get a drink. I get up to the window and the girls are still acting super dumb, laughing and making jokes. One of them hands me my drink and the other asks if I want sauce with that. I’m pretty annoyed and the other girl says “she only has a drink” her friend then responds with “so, why do that matter?” I get these girls are young and probably not going to stay at this Taco Bell forever but when you have already upset the customer off by laughing and joking around, maybe you should at least use proper grammar to not look like you’re...

Manager was at the window No mask an rude.. Never got my receipt either! I ordered a Nacho Bell grande with xtra cheese an sour cream.. Got to the window an manager was rude I asked nicely for mild sauce twice an she was rushing orders an basically threw my bag in my truck at me.. I pulled forward an looked in bag an she threw 2 mild sauce packets in with 5 hot sauce packets. I never asked for hot sauce, because my lil one doesn't like hot stuff. WOW they never seem to serve chicken anymore, an have been rude every time I've gone. So I get home an the container wasn't even locked an didn't get my xtra cheese or sour cream.. Didn't even have tomatoes, had a glop of old beans an 1 chip had some meat on it just 1 chip not even a teaspoon worth.. Tried calling store 12 times an was hung up on everytime after 2 rings.
