I typically don’t do reviews but I really felt it was necessary to do one today !!!!!!! I’ve been ordering from this location for 16 years now. And I will be honest there have been a few mistakes over the years which were all corrected very quickly always had wonderful experience with delivery I have never receive a cold pizza we receive most of our deliveries within 30 minutes of ordering there was one time it got to our door in 18 minutes could not believe it!!!!!!!! I had my father-in-law in town this weekend so we decided to pick up our order he can be a tad bit picky about what he eats and he wanted a certain white Parmesan sauce creation for his pizza he doesn’t eat pizza sauce so we want to give a special thank you to a gentleman named MJ Who knew exactly what my father-in-law was looking for and even though they didn’t offer it on the menu he had all the ingredients to make it my father-in-law was so excited he has been talking about this pizza nonstop since we’ve ordered so thank you to everyone at Cottage Inn for giving us so many years of positive experiences and making an old grouchy man happy we truly...
Read moreI order at 312pm on a Saturday. No update an hour and a half later. I called them and he said the delivery guy was on the way. The guy called and said it was delivered. I opened my door and it wasn't. I called the guy back and he didn't answer. I wanted to catch him before he got too far away. I called the store and told them my stuff wasn't there. The delivery guy answered and proceeded to tell me yes, he definitely delivered it. He told me the wrong address then lost connection. I wasn't able to get a hold of him again after that. I have been nothing but nice the whole time but this delivery guy was even arguing with the newest guy I was speaking to on the phone about how he definitely delivered it to my door and "took a picture". I didn't want to try and look for it anymore so I asked for a refund. He granted it to me and I was satisfied. After my bank processed... No refund. Read moreThe worst customer service and driver all in 1 night. The driver arrived 15 minutes late with a 60 minute window. 2 nino pizzas and 8 boneless wings arrived late and cold. Hearing driver Melanie say to another customer that she stopped to get plates because the store was out and there were deer in the way of traffic along the way became a major issue with timing I'm sure. After spending the whole lunch break waiting on grandmother time to come 2.5 miles down the street with 3 small boxes, my other coworkers expressed their dissatisfaction and possible refund. Once a short break in my work subsided I called the south Canton cottage inn to make my complaint known. After being held on a 10 minute hold, manager Mike, as he stated his name was, was instantly rude and suggested I call corporate or whatever I have to do instead of acknowledging or apologizing for the fault of the driver/store and offering a refund.
