Generally, I am satisfied with the performance of the staff at this location - BUT Today - no way!
(1) I was told by a team member working drive-thru that "Per corporate, due to COV-19, receipts are available upon request ONLY! I won't say the team member is lying but over the past several months, I have been able to accrue a massive amount of receipts from many vendors and merchants I have visited in spite of COV-19. Why not offer a customer his/her receipt and let them make that choice? Why does corporate get to make that choice for the customer who is PAYING his/her MONEY?
(2) I was told I can only place an online order for Taco Bell but not for KFC. ????? Why and how does that make sense when all the other locations have online capabilities?
(3) The lobby IS STILL CLOSED!! However, all the other lobbies of the KFC's are OPEN!
(4) Over the past few days, I have been able to receive fresh hot biscuits. Today I received cold, hard biscuits - which I would have returned had I not been on my lunch hour. This is shameful because I came at a peak time and I still got cold food! Really?
(5) Although I received my receipt (upon request), it was a reprint. I would have preferred to submit the survey but the reprint did not have the code I need to log into the site. So unfortunately, I get to tell everyone about my terrible experience today vs. KFC corporate...
Read moreThe worst KFC ever! I ordered a crispy colonel big box that was displayed on their menu. It included a drink, small popcorn chicken and 2 sides. When I received my food, the server stated snotty that we ordered the small box. I told her no, I ordered what was on the menu and you even asked what my sides were. Walked the associate to the menu and pointed it out. She stated yeah well there's 2 different ones and you ordered the small. I said no I ordered the box andyou never mentioned nor asked if it was the correct one since there are other options. She rudely told me okay well do you want the popcorn nuggets or not, either way its an additional charge. Like are you kidding me?! Never going there again! My mom has two close head injuries and dementia yet they totally disregarded any customer service qualities . my mom had had a hard time remembering we wanted two mashed totatoes amd an extra side of mac andd cheese. When we got to the window home girl had the nastiest attitude when my mom said she ordered no mac and cheese because of her close head i juries. We tried to call back but the manager was rude and . we contacted corporate and our 62 dollar order is being refunded to the account account . never again...
