I came in to Michael’s the beginning of April to look for very specific ring to give to my wife for our 10 year anniversary. Of course I waited until the last minute! Alycia was working at the store filling in for somebody . She told me that they don’t have the ring anymore that I wanted but she would search around to see if she could find it. My anniversary was about a week away so I told Alicia that I would bring my wife back on our actual anniversary and if she couldn’t find the ring that I would just get her something different. Well much to my surprise when we walked in that day together, Alicia was there working again on that day and she had found exact ring I was looking for and had it shipped to the store waiting for us. My wife and I were both so surprised. Alycia also Told me that a store promotion had started that day and we would get the ring for even less money than I was expecting. Just bought an engagement ring for my now fiance from this store and had an absolutely amazing experience. I already loved Micheal's Jewelers as a whole but working with Tim was hands down the best experience I've had with customer service. I live almost 300 miles away and did it all over the phone. They had the setting that I wanted custom made for me and helped me pick out the perfect center diamond, when I saw the ring in person for the first time I was in awe. My fiance loves it even more! And best part is it came right to my front door not a minute late with weekly updates on how the ring was coming along. 10/10 would recommend working with them you will...

Went in to have links removed from a Bulova watch and a new battery for an Invicta watch. Timothy was rude, making comments how the Invicta was just so big and they didn't have the tools to change the battery. Said he'd try to remove links from the Bulova but didn't seem like he wanted to. We were the only customers in the store. He was able to pull a few links out of watch and dropped extra links onto the glass counter saying, "Here's your extra links." Continued to comment on how obnoxiously big he thought the Invicta watch was. Ended up taking the Invicta watch to an actual, reputable jeweler down the road who helped us...
