We were looking forward to this place opening and had high hopes. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. One of us got the Guacamole Greens salad and one of us chose a build your own grain bowl. The Guacomole Greens bowl had only 4 small pieces of chicken, each smaller than a chicken nugget. It was all lettuce. The grain bowl portions were very small. Neither of our lunches were worth the money we paid ($17-$20). Since it was our first time there, I asked for recommendation/guidance building the grain bowl. I got none. The server answered me with one or two word answers. It felt as if we were being rushed through the line, though it was not busy at the time. We arrived at 11:30am on a Thursday. After a few bites, we trashed it and went across the parking lot to eat at Chipotle. My recommendation is to pass...

Although the ingredients were fresh, I was disappointed with the completion. For example I added tomatoes to my salad and I counted 3 half cherry tomatoes, I also added fresh mozzarella and only 4 made it to my bowl. Cucumbers same story, hard to find. The restaurant was poorly attended and had to wait to eventually be pointed to my greasy salad box with spinach sticking out the sides getting hot and wilting.

However, I was disappointed that some ingredients weren't available as I was getting one of the salads around 6pm last night. I had to swap out ingredients but that's okay. Also I could tell staff felt the chaos of managing the to go orders. They were piling up on the line. Most Sweetgreens I've been to have a separate area specifically for preparing to go orders so that they don't share the same ingredients and cause back ups, mess, shortages, etc. That may be helpful for the staff to implement that. Very happy to have this location open...
