Ben & Jerry’s — Restaurant in Canton

Tasted really good imo. The workers got the lines out fairly quickly, & gave us tastes of everything, & honestly the ice cream was rich creamy tasty! All with a positive attitude & smiles. Couldn't complain about this place really. Then when it got slow they started cleaning the place. BTW it was almost closing time 930ish pm when workers at most places are tired & ready to leave & their attitudes arwe blah... these 2 that night were really happy positive energetic & didnt mind helping u even if it meant interrupting closing duties. i dont remember the names of the people who worked that night. It was a youngish white male with a beard and a blond white young lady. my purchase came out o fbank account 4/16/19 a teusday night. i don't remember i think we went monday and transaction came out next day.

but thanks to the team keeping place clean, working lines as fast as possible, keeping energy and positivity up i was happy to come here and celebrate me doing taxes... and i will definitely be...

We had patronized this location multiple times over the years with the family. Our last experience a few months ago has us not returning. We always ordered the "Mini-Vermonster." The kids loved to create and eat it. On this visit we were informed that the owner said this item could no longer be offered because "they weren't making any money on it." We thought the server was kidding...but he was actually being honest. Anyone that visits Ben & Jerry's doesn't go there if they are concerned about the cost. I asked why it was still listed on the menu, and was told they were not sure. I also watched a young man stick one of his gloved fingers into his ear multiple times while serving customers...DISGUSTING!!! I shared our questions and concerns with corporate about this experience, they didn't respond back. Unfortunately now national chains often lack the care and support for their businesses versus locally owned shops. Thankfully there are many great choices in the area for ice cream that...

I was with my family, a total of 5 of us, around 8 PM on 8/19/23 and there was only one person working there. I think her name was Ella as it said on my receipt, she had long brown hair. The line was very long and she was working very hard to serve multiple customers, multiple orders (including milkshakes and ice cream scoops), while also ringing them all up at the same time. All the while, she maintained very friendly and courteous service! We made sure to leave her a tip, but it is not fair of Ben and Jerry's to leave their employees stranded alone like this during a busy time. There was another person working in the back as we spotted, but they did not know to come out and help. I will give 4 stars as the service was spectacular, but only due to the girl who helped all of us by herself. I think Ben and Jerry's needs to make sure that their employees are adequately supported during shifts because it can be very stressful for just one person to handle.
