Pinhead's Graveyard — Local services in Canton

Updated to 1 star: The owner attempts to discredit legitimate reviews by claiming they are affiliated with a competitor. We are from 2 hours away and have no ties to any haunted attraction. It was simply a poor experience.

Original 2-star Review below: The Good: The people we spoke with were friendly. We were able to find parking and it was free. This is what earned the two stars.

The Not So Good: Everything else. We arrived at 7:15 before opening at 7:30. ( Since they do not offer online ticket sales or fast passes, we didn’t want to spend hours in a line.) We arrived and there were approximately 50 people ahead of us. We purchased our ticket at 8:25, over an hour wait for ticket. We got to enter the haunt at 8:57 and it was exactly 9:10 when we came out. Almost 2 hours wait time And took 13 minutes to go through. There is a lot of space, but it is poorly utilized, wide hallways and large rooms that felt empty. We experienced one startle scare where Jason hit something with a machete. There were a couple good animatronics, but poorly executed timing and no attempt to disguise the mechanics. Seemed to be a lack of actors, I would have guessed 15 or less scareactors throughout the entire haunt. The paths weren’t clearly marked so our group ended up backtracking into other groups. Again, I’m sure these are all good people and they have a great time, but for $35 and a 2 hour wait, we left feeling scammed. This was my first time going to a haunted house. It was awesome! The location was insane the place is creepy and just feels spooky and haunted just walking up to it. And once inside I was not disappointed at all. The staff was amazing. Ottis is running around talking to people and taking pictures with people it was awesome meeting him. He made everyone feel welcome. The people working up front was friendly and they ended up watching my nephew as he didn't want to go though the house. Ottis also gave him snacks. They had Matt from scream 6 there. That was awesome meeting him and getting his autograph. Once inside the haunted house itself it was great. The actors and jump scares was on point you never knew what was next. The actors was very good they all played there part very well but also respectfully. They all interacted with our group in a way that made it seem real. The whole experience was awesome. I could go on and on about how great this was. I will definitely be back again. We’ve been going to Pinheads for a little while now, and apparently I’ve never done a review! I simply cannot say enough good words about this place, or I could but it would be way too long! We visit and review haunted houses throughout the year and had the pleasure of coming to Pinheads a couple years ago. They are now on our regular list and we visit as much as we can! There are only two haunted houses that I will drive 2 hours for, and this is one of them! This is also the only haunt that I publicly promote on my socials! This is solely because of the experience I know they will deliver. When I say that the people here truly love what they do, that may still be an understatement! We have never had a time where we left unhappy, and always look forward to our visits! By far some of the best actors and staff I have met, and we are honored to be able to attend as much as we do!
