Very good .Ben is the best and will help with anything he can .worst store ever now that bens gone and be careful and record everything when there in your home to prove that they are lieing about what they said to legal agencies. If they don't like you they will try to make your life bad . THE MANGER IS A NEAT PERSON AND RUDE . I don't recommend them I recommend going elsewhere or saving your money to get your product the products that they were trying to charge me over $5,000 for it I went and I purchased for less than two grand they're scams .their they take advantage of the people that need to do business with them and your best off to save your money and get it when you have money saved or get it at tax time when you can pay the full price because they're making an armand leg off you and at the end of the day you are nothing but a number to them no matter how good of a customer you are no matter how good you stay up on your payments no matter how many things you purchase from them I gave this company thousands of dollars and one of their workers disrespected my husband and made a false report and it was proven to be false and the person still works there and now they're treating me like I'm a problem just absolutely horrible place hopefully this place will be shut down soon I'm contacting a lawyer and better Business barrel it was great when Ben's there now that bens not there it's awful and if you return product make sure that you have a picture of the product before you turn it and something signs saying that you returned it just to make sure that you have all your business covers because they are grimy and they will say that they didn't get the product back damage and unable to be resold even though it they got it back and resellable condition or they'll say that they didn't get it at all . Also the month that you get free is no month free it's like two maybe three weeks it goes from the date that they start your contract to the date before you get your product again a scam they say that you get a month free but you don't get a month free because realistically if you pay every two weeks like we do you should get 2 months free it should be 4 weeks worth of payments if you pay monthly it's one month if you pay bi-weekly it's 4 weeks if you pay biweekly like we were it's 2 months like it should go by what you pay and it should be a month of what you pay by not a month from the date that you purchase something especially if the product is going to take a week or more to get to you. Then you call him and you tell him that the brand new so-called products that you got was damaged in the process of being delivered and they do nothing to help you nothing to assist you don't even really say sorry like what the heck is that about they still charge you the full amount of the new charge charge for new product that is no longer new product that was damaged in the process of the product being delivered this place is just terrible awful horrible horrendous no good and it should be shut down it was only any good when Ben was there now that Ben's gone it's very very bad I highly recommend to go elsewhere. And they only got one star because I can't submit it without giving them a start if I could give him no stars I would say no stars if I could give him negative I'd give him negative be very careful with this company keep track of everything. Read moreI am extremely concerned about my experience at Rent A Center. I originally ordered a couch and loveseat from Rent A Center and set up automatic payments. Before I received the products, I cancelled my order. A few days later, Rent A Center took $74.23 from my account autopay. I called them and inquired about the withdraw. They promised a refund right away. I did receive the refund in my account but the next day, it was removed again. It took far too many phone calls and complaining to get the money back for products I never received. I would like to know why that payment was taken in the first place. I don't trust this business at all.

I am a 3rd shift worker!! On top of it they had my dog barking and woke up my child who doesn’t feel very well!! Also they are extremely rude!!!
