Horrible snotty customer service in Canton, IL Just went thru the drive thru Sept14 at 4pm. Mom was driving and went past the ordering speaker because you cant read the menu that is up farther. She wanted a prepackaged quart of chocolate. A car pulled up behind her, so to be curteous she drove around to the window to order. A young cashier was snotty to mom from the start. Mom said she had a question about the prepackaged ice cream...Cashier asked "What about it?" Mom asked "did they have chocolate", (because last time they only had vanilla)to which the cashier replied "I dont know".. she asked someone and came back with a quart of chocolate. Mom asked "do you have a special, 3 for so many?" Cashier replied "I dont know and seemed highly irritated..." mom said she'd like 1 strawberry, 1 vanilla, and 1 chocolate...meanwhile another associate brought 3 chocolate quarts to the window. Cashier told the other worker she didnt want 3 chocolate...There is a Dunkin Donuts in same store, and they are constantly out of certain donuts. Mom asked what kind of donuts she had left...(mom was after 1 jelly filled something.) Cashier asked if she wanted a chocolate donut or powdered top?? So I said "A chocolate donut with filling" (cause I couldnt remember name and was trying to help.) Mom was like no, something with jelly filled. Cashier got nasty, and refused to let her order a donut saying she was backing up the drivethru line and needed to come inside. My mom can barely walk, so to deny her the order that was sitting right there is beyond cruel. Hope that young snotty worker is happy.

ps. When your waiting on a customer its customary to let the customer finish ordering before you start telling them totals. Neither of which was done or even asked "what else can I...

To many flies landing on donuts, ice cream, tables, us, windows, floor, they were everywhere. And did you know Everytime a fly lands it vomits. My uncle used to tell me that every time a fly lands, it poops. It turns out, that's not true, but anytime they land on your food, they're more than likely throwing up on it. In a recent survey participants were asked which critter would cause them to flee from a restaurant the fastest: Rodents, cockroaches, flies, ants or snakes? Sixty-one percent of respondents said cockroaches would do the trick, but scientists say that the real threat comes from flies, which carry twice as many germs. And it only gets more gross from there. For starters, flies like to eat the things we consider revolting, such as feces, trash and rotting animal carcasses, to name a few. Because flies can't chew (who knew?), they have to throw up enzymes onto their food, which dissolves the food so they may slurp it up. So in other words, if a fly lands on your burger and wants a bite, he or she will puke on it. Now that definitely sounds disgusting, but the real danger in a fly landing on your food actually has to do with the insect's body. When they land on all those dirty things, they pick off bacteria and viruses. Those germs get caught in their legs and the tiny hairs all over their bodies, and can be transferred in just one second. So, rather than letting a fly leave cholera, dysentery and typhoid-causing bacteria on your food, you should probably just toss anything...

Do not order a cake from here! You will regret giving them your time and money. Go somewhere else.

I ordered a cake on 9/12 to be picked up at 10 am on 9/21. They had 9 days to figure out how to have it ready at 10 am today. I showed up a couple minutes before 10 and had to wait around for 30 minutes for a cranky lady to show up and give me the cake out of the back of her junky looking SUV.

When I ordered I expected to get a nice cake from inside the store, not wait 30 minutes to get a cake from the back of a trashy car.

I will never go back here. You should avoid...
