Canyon Tailor — Local services in Canyon Lake

Last year, I went to this tailor to attempt to get a hem on dress pants in less than a month and they immediately said that they need more time than that, which is insane because there was absolutely no clothes they were working on (that I could see). I went again today with my partner to get their dress hemmed, which typically is anywhere from 5-25 dollars, and he tried to charge us $78! That is more than we paid for the dress!! We were told if we’d rather a free dress or a dress that fits. Would not recommend going here for anything you’d like actually finished for a good price. Any dry cleaners in the area does it for less...

Highly recommended!! I actually came on here to learn the name of the proprietor (forgot to ask). I see Jeff mentioned - maybe that’s him unless there are more than one gentleman at this business. Anyway, I like the old school artisan quality of work that he produces. Prompt and perfect on both items I’ve taken here. I read a lot of the great reviews that also mention their reasonable prices. May I suggest an occasional tip? These are the types of service industry businesses that we should really be taking care of, being grateful that they serve our community.
