I went to this salon right before my bday for a cut and a balayage. Nikki did my coloring which turned out great and someone else cut my hair. I don’t know her name. I didn’t love the cut I wanted face framing layers but it was like a dramatic cut off from the front and back. Like chin length in the front then add 4 inches in the back, just a steep cut off. I did say something then but ultimately it was late and I just accepted it, paid and then left. The problem really is that when I reached out 2 days later to get it fixed because I was still unhappy, Nikki asked if I could come in on Tuesday (4 days later, 5 from the initial appt). I told her that wouldn’t work for me and could I come in right away and then she just never replied! Honestly, that sucked. I ended up getting the cut fixed at another salon. I though going to a, seemed to be a little higher end salon I would get a good cut, guess I was wrong. First time in this salon. Jalen was who cut my hair, she was sweet enough, but I knew she was very green, she was able to give me a good shampoo, but after that, it was down hill. She didnt even brush through my hair. If you are going to have a new styles in your salon you need to over see her work. I wanted a few Inches off and a face framing. After she started cutting she had to go get another styles to finish, and that person still had a hard time. Not a word from Jalen as to why she had to get the other girl to come over and fix my hair. Very disappointed in this service and salon.
