This is now the third transaction I’ve used Kris Hansen. 1st was I wanted to purchase a property being sold at normal market condition’s. I feel that Kris did a good job negotiating and I feel I got the home for $50,000 less than market value.

The second opportunity I used Kris was a fire sale property that took much negotiation with multiple offers on it. It was a 3 acre property in menifee with three homes on it. Kris did his best to negotiate and talk to the sellers and make sure that we secured it. Out of all the offers, which I think was around 10, Kris Secured this property. He did it successfully, and we didn’t go much above asking. I think it was his negotiating skills.

My third experience with Kris was the sale of my home. Why I’m writing this review. I had a highly upgraded home, typically you don’t get back what you put into a home. I feel that Kris always starts high on his listings to try to get the most out of them especially, Premier properties. Within 48 hours, Kris got me a full price offer. We worked through the transaction and I only had to give the buyer a $7500 credit. It was a very nice home and I think the buyer also received a great home. My point is that a lot of times when you have a very nice home and you put a lot of money into it you don’t always get what you put into it back. In this scenario, I was very happy with the selling Price and I have no regrets on selling the home And starting a new journey with my family. I think there is then Kris was able to do this was I heard he got the buyer of my home $200,000 over offering on their home they were selling. When I heard that I said holy crap . I want to thank Kris Hansen, That we have had and all of the transactions we have completed together this dude is on point compared to anyone else I’ve ever met in the industry.
