United States Postal Service — Local services in Canyonville

Literally the most awful experience ever. Not only do they go against USPS policy of charging for boxes for residents they refuse to deliver to, but they lie and say it's the same elsewhere. I spoke with a postmaster in another city who said this isn't the case.

To add to this, you can't even access the box you're forced to pay for on Sundays in order to receive the mail you're legally entitled to recieve because they lock the lobby that ONLY houses the boxes.

If you can avoid this place I would stay away. The guy/lady(not sure) Sylvia is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. She has told me many times to just leave my packages outside and I can’t belive she still has a job here. She should honestly be fired. I came in the other day and even though she has continued to treat me poorly I try to be polite and ask how her day is. She told me it was fine until I came in and then she laughed. Waited in line during my lunch break to be told "We're closed!" when she let the person in front of me go in (had been waiting in line as well). Helped the person in front of him as well.
