I have a 2006 Infiniti QX56 vehicle. There aren't many stereos that work with the Bose system that is in there. But I wanted to keep the Bose system because it sounded fantastic. I just needed to change out the radio head because it was faulty. If you search online you'll find that they do not make a harness to adapt to the Bose manufactured harness for that vehicle or at least that year. Not only that but while I was taking the cereal out and removing the radio bezel, from the age it was very brittle and almost disintegrated in my hands piece by piece. I bought one that's very close to the OEM version for that vehicle. But the OEM costed $526 and change, the one I bought cost $89 and change. Well what do you know, it didn't fit properly with the new radio center piece that goes inside of the bezel. Instead of turning me away, Jordan, (whom I would have to assume is the shop manager)... refused to tell me it couldn't be done, and proceeded to modify my radio bezel to make everything fit properly. Come to find out, the radio itself would not work properly with the Bose amplifier originally in the vehicle. Taking all of the Bose system out would have cost me hundreds of dollars. And replacing everything that was in there would have cost me thousands of dollars. That did not stop Jordan from trying to figure out a way to get my stereo to work with that Bose system that I wanted to stay because it sounded amazing. After figuring out that a secondary amplifier was being turned off, he eliminated the main amplifier with one of his own amplifiers that he sold me, and got the entire system sounding even better than before! He had to work almost 3 hours after the shop was closed to get this system to work properly. Mind you this is after Auto sound of Cape Coral, and Sound Works of Punta Gorda both said they would not touch it. So in short this is my review... If you want the job done right the first time, skip all the other ones and head straight to Sound Playground of Cape Coral, there's a reason they've been established longer than the rest of them. As someone who takes business serious and does quality detailed work. This is not a place I can recommend. They do not adhere to appointments. Installation was atrocious. Not a single wire nut or connector used. They cut and wrapped wires around each other from the Hu they installed all the way back to the amp in the trunk where they spliced into the rest of factory wires. Power wire is run through a new hole they drilled that has more sharp edges and burs than you can shake a stick at. very unsafe. Over charge for products too. which I was okay with at first considering they do have to pay for store front etc. But not combined with the worst craftsmanship ever. Have to replace panels now cause they are broken. It's been a while since installed but finally after having my last issue I'm done and decided to warn others. This is not where you go for quality installations. It's more of a hangout for them then it is a business. Sad. Expected more from a place that's been here...

I took my 2019 Ford Fusion in to these folks after trying to deal with the reputable Best Buy. After speaking with Best Buy, I got a vibe they didn't really have interest in installing new door speakers and an amp for me. That's when I started looking around. Glad I did! I had driven by this place and was hesitant on stopping in. I guess I never stopped because their building looks older and obviously as humans- we sometimes judge a book by its cover. After stopping in and speaking with the lady at the front desk (VERY VERY knowledgeable), I asked her if they could help. Just so happens- they had a cancellation and got my car in the SAME DAY! I was grateful for that as I hate waiting, and I hate leaving my vehicle at places to do work. In the end, they got me all hooked up and working.
