Burger King — Restaurant in Cape Coral

Just want to say I don't know if there's new management but about 5 months ago this place was rated a five star this is now gone down to a one-star rating. The past four times that my husband and I have been here dine in and drive through the french fries have been cold every time, one time the Whoppers weren't good and the other three times the Whoppers were good. The other night when we went through the drive-thru we told the lady that these fries are cold and she took the Fry's back after they were in our hands through the window which is disgusting first of all that is a health department no no first of all but besides the fact her comment was that the element in the fryer was going out if that's the case why hasn't the manager contacted the maintenance or the CEO or higher up to fix the element of the fryer if that's even the truth or is it just because they're lazy and don't care so when she took the fries back through the window she was gone maybe a minute and a half no more than 2 minute the fries he gave us back we're definitely the same ones and microwaved. Burger King is my absolute favorite place when I'm in a hurry. They have a great menu and some unusual things like the drinks they serve. The people are usually very friendly and it's an easy experience getting your food through the drive-through although sometimes it can be backed up a little bit. One of my favorite things there for breakfast is the two breakfast burritos. The meal comes with a drink and breakfast potatoes. Overall the price is very reasonable for this particular option. Of course as we all know the restaurants are struggling to keep prices down while their access to food is being limited so you need to realize that and keep patronizing these places that you want to stay in business.
